For over 18 years at GALERIA Kaufhof GmbH he was intensively occupied with logistical processes. As project director he was responsible for, amongst other things, the development and realization of future-oriented concepts as well as a personnel planning system. In 2003 the topic of RFID became his main area of responsibility. He then represented Kaufhof in committee work at GS1 and EPCglobal, directed the Bridge Project in the scope of the Item Tagging Project in their branch stores in Essen and was responsible for the Kaufhof/Gerry Weber Project as well.

As director of the first german RFID laboratory, LogIDLab, he was responsible as early as 2006 for numerous RFID pilot applications in industry and trade. At the same time he directed various research projects for BMWi, BMBF as well as BMELV in the department of logistics at the Technical University of Dortmund. Within the scope of his dissertation at the TU Dortmund, he delved into the experiences gained in his research projects and activities.

With a degree in business administration, and through his 17 years of activity in retail in various management positions, he has built up an extensive theoretical and above all practical collection of experience in the area of retail. He possesses fundamental knowledge of retailing processes, gained especially through his many years of work as partial project director in the strategic development of the merchandising system SAP Retail for fashion retailing and its successful introduction at Karstadt. The comprehensive coordination, introduction and realization of processes and interfaces between purchasing and sales were the main emphasis in his functions in this project, which was noticed all over Europe. With a degree in business (FH) she has been associated with retail since 1997. Already before she finished her international continuing education MBA degree with honors in 2003, she was responsible for different functions in the areas of business development, marketing and purchasing/merchandising. Following this, she accepted a position at a large mail order and department store concern and in 2005 took over the direction of an international standardization initiative in the area EPC/RFID. Together with the representative of leading concerns in the clothing industry, she helped lay the foundations for new standards for the use of wireless technology in the clothing business.

Business economist with twin foci of Management and Business IT, he has been working since the end of his German and French studies in 2003 in the sport and fashion industry.  As Manager of Retail Business at s.Oliver he was responsible for international Retail Marketing with a focus on CRM, the introduction of new business ideas as well as numerous optimization projects based on vertical structures.  Within the context of a restructuring he had the interim lead within the s.Oliver Group for the Catalog Sales department and developed strategic concepts in the areas of Retail, Franchise and international Wholesale.  Before his move into the fashion world he worked for two years as Marketing Manager for the Norwegian sport and outdoor brands Swix and Ulvang.  There he successfully built up the areas of brand, product and trade marketing.

Project Manager and Consultant for RFID Projects in Production und Distribution. With pertinent know-how from the areas of RFID, manufacturing processes and process design, Marcus Ehrmann has been at TAILORIT since September 2009 as a Consultant. In his three plus years as Project Manager at van Laack GmbH the clothing engineer led numerous projects for the shirt manufacturer. Conceptual design and implementation of a pilot project for RFID enabled information systems were among his core topics. The control and monitoring of the logistical processes in the manufacture along the whole value-add chain with a focus on a smooth rollout were the central features of the project. At TAILORIT he advises customers in the areas of the introduction of RFID and Source Tagging. And this begins with the development of the strategy on through to the global implementation on site. Johannes R. M. Vilmar-Burgert RFID, SCM & Logistics

RFID Expert with retail experience.

Before his start at TAILORIT, the trained electrical engineer worked as consultant and project manager on numerous RFID pilot projects and rollouts for the METRO Group. There he was in charge of the RFID hardware and middleware for rollouts in two different marketing lines. Furthermore, he was responsible for implementation and operations for the RFID hardware and system testing in the Kaufhof RFID Item Level Tagging Projekt.

Most recently, Mr. Vilmar-Burgert developed and realized an RFID-assisted search function and stock logging system with handheld readers for a large electronics retailer in the METRO Group. Tasks included were evaluation of the hardware, process analysis, process design, as well as the design and conception of the application. His RFID expertise is founded upon a scientific analysis of the individual components – tags, readers, antennae – as well as function sharing as a part of his activities at the METRO RFID Competence Centers in Neuss.

At TAILORIT Mr. Vilmar-Burgert contributes his expertise to RFID projects – from initial idea to feasible rollout.

In February 2009 she finished her business studies with an emphasis on retail and marketing. Within the scope of her thesis she examined – for a studied initiated by TAILORIT – the RFID potential for branch store processes at an international clothing retailer.

She previously worked for a Russian fashion retailing concern as textile purchaser and was responsible for the planning of their collections.

As native Russian she is also responsible for developing the eastern market for TAILORIT and our customers can profit from her international knowledge in clothing retailing.

Dr.-Ing. Bernd Lambrecht | IT-Business Alignment

As freelance consultant and project manager, he is specialized in the conception, introduction and realization of operational application systems. His 20 years of experience in many international projects and his dedication to the industry help him from the very beginning to see a software project as much more than a mere development of a technical system.

With degrees in Computer Science and Business Engineering, he is convinced that success factors are often to be found far outside of pure software development. His guiding principle is “Building Bridges between Business and IT”. Frank Hoffmann | IT-Business Alignment

Freelance consultant and trainer in the areas of requirements management, test management and quality management. He has a degree in Computer Science.

With more than 17 years of vocational experience, he has a depth of knowledge in the introduction of application systems – beginning with process analysis, to requirements management, system modeling, test management and quality management. He is consulted in many projects as methodological consultant in the setup and establishment of, for example, quality management systems.

In the retail area he was recently responsible for the testing and introduction of a warehouse and disposition system as well as the quality management and test management for an SAP CRM implementation.
