On Thursday, May 11th 2017, Fashion Net Düsseldorf hosted the networking event “Fashion Net Bite – total digital!” and TAILORIT joined to share its insights.

Together with TAILORIT, Daniel Kuhn developed a holistic private label concept for fashion retailers in his master’s thesis. Yesterday, at the 59th TextilWirtschaft Forum, his work was awarded the Wilhelm-Lorch-Stiftung prize in the category business. Each year this foundation recognizes top young talents from all areas of the fashion and textile business.

Under this motto the Fashion Net Duesseldorf organized the Fashion Net & Friends Come Together for the seventh time as part of the CPD (Collection Premiere Duesseldorf). On Sunday, January 29th, around 800 guests from the fashion industry met for relaxed discussions and a fun party. The unique location, the flower market in the creative district Duesseldorf-Derendorf, offered the perfect atmosphere for this exclusive party. The popular industry get-together with drinks, food trucks from around the world and live music was once again a huge success.


#FASHIONTECH Berlin: the conference about “The Future of Fashion” – here the Experience Store exp37 in Düsseldorf is leading way.

As part of the FashionWeek Berlin, the #FASHIONTECH provides a platform for new ideas and business models in fashion retail. The objective of the #FASHIONTECH is to promote the exchange of information about the latest developments at the intersection of fashion and technology. On January 18th 2017, brands, designers and start-ups had the opportunity to present their innovative technologies and textiles. Also, thought-leaders came together to discuss the topics “Wearables & Smart Textiles”, “E-commerce & The Future of Retail” as well as “Digital Marketing & Communication.”
